BOOKING A REGISTRAR HOW TO BOOK BOOKING GUIDE If you are choosing to have a civil ceremony here at the Barn, you will need to contact the registry office to arrange a registrar to conduct the service for you. We would recommend that you telephone them as soon as possible, to ensure you secure your preferred time slot. The contact number for Lancashire Registry Office is 0300 123 6705 and you can choose any time from 1pm onwards for your ceremony. We can provisionally reserve a date for you for ten days without a deposit. If you then decide that you would like to go ahead and confirm your wedding date, we would ask you to complete and return a copy of our booking form, along with a non-refundable deposit of £500.
